Next stop: Denmark
Geen zorgen: er volgen niet nog tien stappen. Na Friesland vervolgden we onze weg naar Denemarken. In Denemarken is werkelijk alles mooi: de winkels, de mensen, de verkeersborden (om maar eens wat te noemen), echt alles. Voor iemand die graag naar mooie dingen kijkt en zich ermee omringt komt dit land dichtbij het idee van een hemel. Om dat gevoel compleet te maken heeft zo’n beetje iedere plaats minimaal vijf kringlopen om te bezoeken (het magische woord daarvoor is in Denemarken Genbrug..onthou dat woord!). Yeah…poppin’ tags!
No worries: there won’t be another ten steps. After Friesland we drove to Denmark. Everything in Denmark is pretty, really. The shops, the people, the traffic signs (to mention but a few), everything. For someone like me, who likes to surround herself with beautiful things and likes to look at beautiful things, that’s the closest thing to heaven. To complete that feeling, every town has about five thriftstores (the magical word for thriftshop in Danish is Genbrug…remember that word!). Yeahhh…poppin tags!

During a falconry show we decided that Molly definitely descends from owls.
Prachtige wolkenluchten in alle schakeringen blauw (vijftig tinten blauw, iets zegt me dat dat een bestseller zou zijn). Ach, wat hou ik van Denemarken.
Beautiful Danish skies, in all shades of blue (fifty shades of blue, something tells me that that would be a bestseller). Ah, I love Denmark.
